I may send you marketing emails, which you can unsubscribe from by clicking the link at the bottom of the email. I share your contact information with Squarespace so they can send these emails on our behalf. (To be clear, it is me who send you the emails that you have signed up for. However, since I do this through the Squarespace platform, it is technically Squarespace that sends you the emails.)
